Let’s share best practice on e-government!

Estonia
E-democracy | Governance and Engagement

Each year eGA organises study visits for more than 200 high-level officials, politicians and representatives of NGOs from different countries.

The training booklet gives an overview of the structure and topics of eGA study visits and reflects how these influence implementing changes in the governance of participating countries. A good example is Namibia who started to build up their e-government interoperability system after the study visit to Estonia. More such examples are presented in the booklet.

The booklet is published in English and in Russian.

The design of the booklet was financed by the National Foundation of Civil Society.
