The aim of the project is to strengthen, implement and develop cooperation between leading entities in Norway and Estonia within the areas of e-governance, cyber security, innovation, and business development.

- To develop a future collaboration between partners in the public and private sectors in Norway and Estonia within e-governance and cyber security.
- To conclude on a common platform for a Norwegian-Estonian e-Government lab incubator in Tallinn for new e-Government initiatives.
- To conclude on further replicable collaboration models between the partners in development cooperation regions.
