Iraq shows interest in Estonian e-governance experience
eGA Program Director Nele Leosk participated in the Iraq e-governance action plan workshop in Erbil, Kurdistan on 12-15 April 2010. The workshop objective was to create a National Action Plan for Development of e-Governance, as well as the formulation of an e-Governance strategy within the larger framework of Public Sector Modernisation of the Government of Iraq.
During a week, Ms Leosk gave an overview of Estonian e-governance development and programmes and projects and consulted Iraqi ICT support group in the development of their e-governance policy. For further information, please turn to Nele Leosk (nele@ega.ee)
