The founder and the present member of the board of e-Governance Academy, Mr. Ivar Tallo, was awarded today The Open Estonia Foundation's 2010 Concord Prize for fostering e-democracy, freedom of speech and transparent governance in Estonia as well as in many other countries of the world. Ivar Tallo has been giving advice and expertise in building e-government in more than 40 countries and is planning to continue the assistance of Haiti in the end of April.
The Concord Prize is being awarded for 14 years by the Open Estonia Foundation and is the indicator of the outstanding performance in the development of the open society.
