Delegation from Croatia studied e-Estonia

At the end of March delegation from Croatia took a study tour on Estonian e-governance and eID. e-Governance Academy organised the visit as well as revealed some secrets of e-Estonia’s success via providing the delegation with thorough lectures about the political background of e-government in Estonia, main ICT development projects, X-Road, eID, service portal www.eesti.ee. Moreover, the senior officials from ministries were inspired by the presentations in the Certification Centre, the State Informatics Center, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication, the Centre of Information Systems and Registers of the Ministry of Justice, the Parliament of Estonia and Estonian ICT Demonstration Centre. e-Governance Academy is looking forward to continuing cooperation and providing competent consultation and assistance in building e-Croatia.
