ICEGOV 2011 took place in Tallinn, Estonia during 26 - 28 September. This year we all had an honour to welcome 524 people from 63 countries! It has been 5 years since the e-democracy portal Today I decide (in estonian - Täna Otsustan Mina, TOM) has been launched. The birth of this portal can be regarded as the inception of Estonian e-democracy, as it has given our citizens a new channel for participation in and influence of political decision-making.
